731 as of today.

At least 100 of those hours was Civ 5 just being left running while I did other stuff, and about 400 of those hours was my girlfriend playing on my account before she got her own.
 
443 so far.

Edit: And I'm not ashamed of it.
 
Glad to know I'm not the only one who leaves Civ open even though it chugs a ton of CPU while sitting idle.

My typical MO for a weekend morning is to get up, make coffee, start a brand new game of Civ on a large map. During playing, I'll be doing all kinds of other chores and things around the house, while Civ just sits there waiting for me to press the next turn button. I've left games on while I go grocery shopping. LOL I should really get in the habit of saving and turning the game off, but I just don't. As a result I have over 900 hours logged, but I'm willing to bet about 20 to 30% of that isn't actually play time.
 
I never leave an open port to the internet when its not in use... and playing Civ doesn't need it. So I have probably close to 1k+ hours, but offline only.
 
I was over 1000 last time this question was asked. I think your top category should be higher this time around.
 
Held off answering until I could say 333!

I object to the rankings though, I know people with far higher logged time than me who don't have a clue how to play effectively.
 
I always play regulary and i reached almost 1100 hours now.
 
658 hrs - I don't believe for a second I've played even close to that much, I'm almost certain it's messed up somehow, but oh well. It would mean that I've spent over 12% of my time playing this game since release, which is absolute rubbish. And I am no 'master' at civ 5.
 
460-ish, and I am far from being expert (never stray from King :) )
