At the center of reality stands the mythical Spiral Tower and the Spiral King himself sits on a throne in the room at the very top of the tower. His is the ruler of all of reality but the walls the separate the many worlds are thinning. Across the All-World is you and a group of humans with extraordinary power. You don't remember how you got where you are but you know it isn't your world or your time.

And as you get closer to the Spiral Tower, the forces arrayed against you and your band will grow larger and more powerful but for now, this is the dawn of civilization.

Translation

Basically, the players are a group who are heading to the Spiral Tower to overthrow the Spiral King who is weakening the walls between worlds. If the walls between two worlds are destroyed, the universes collide. The Spiral King is trying to do this across all of reality.

The thinning of the walls if noticeable for your group as they are able to travel through these walls on their way to the Spiral Tower.

OR, the players can stay in time line and accept the Spiral King's offer that he won't let them die provided they don't go too far...

Skill Points

Basically, skill points regenerate 5 per turn, 50 at the conclusion of a mission. Regeneration increases as you level up. Skill points is how much it costs to use any of you more "exotic" powers.

(so can't do KKx2 over and over again to keep doubling.)
Spirit Bomb (100 SP) The Spirit Bomb is powerful but it becomes exponentially more powerful when SPs are donated to it by other players. Takes a turn to charge.

Neutrino Bolt (1 SP): Fires a small, fast bit of radiation. Weak but can possibly kill....years down the line at least.
X-Ray Beam (2 SP): Fire a beam of X-Rays from your eyes, causing great burn damage. Radioactive.

WheelChair: Your wheelchair can fire rubber and regular bullets from a machine gun.

Temporary Invulnerability (1 SP per turn): Increases your physical resistance to even greater heights. With this, you can possibly stop a bullet everyone once in a while.

Scorch (1 SP per turn): Your hands light on fire. Do as you please.
Fire Sword (2 SP per turn): You form a gigantic sword (you are a tanker after all) to fight with.

Phoenix Screech (50 SPs): A powerful move that lights nearby enemies on fire.

Sting of the Wasp: This is an intricate form of a thrust that deals massive internal damage.
Gambler's Cut: This is a fast, grazing attack. Grazing because it's supposed to cause maximum pain without causing actual serious damage. A successful cut wouldn't even cut the skin.
Steel Flash: A wide, horizontal arc in front of you is halved if you catch my drift.

Hide: You're stealthy usual but you're a master of hiding and then attacking on your own terms.
Focused Fighting: You're an excellent dodger like FALCON.

Ancillaries you don't have to post yet since you'll get those later in the game. Weapons, well, if your primary/secondary comes with a weapon, you get a weapon. Otherwise, you can really just grab them during the game as you go.

Bio: Lord Robert van Skittles is an 19th century nobleman who happens to live in England. He is an eccentric fellow, who follows a quasi-code of chivalry. It is not known if he is actually English, however, as he just randomly showed up outside of a deli in Southampton on the cold day of December 14, 1823. No one knows where he came from; some believe England, others America, a few point to Bavaria, and one rather eccentric (drunk) dock worker even claims that van Skittles is a Greco-Danish hit-man. What is even more mysterious is his amazing swordsmanship and seemingly superhuman reflexes, the likes of which the European world has never seen. Still, these skills have proven very useful, as evidence in his participation in the defeat of Swedish Imperial forces during the crucial Battle of Bombay in the Anglo-Swedish War in 1828. This earned him a knighthood and minor lordship, as well as permanent employment to the British Crown.

One day, while out hunting in the fields near his estate outside Oxford, the ground beneath van Skittles suddenly opened up, and before he could react, he was flung from his world and deposited... somewhere. The mysterious man is in a mysterious land, and he needs to figure out how to get home.
