the wonders that give scientist gpp?

then Bradenburg gate is 'scientific' wonder too?

Only Scientific wonder confirmed so far is the Great Library, although that MIGHT be because it has the free library added to it. I am not sure if it gives two techboosts or just one. Oracle and PT definitely do not work.

pretty much anything that produces a GS.

GL and Porcelainne Tower f.e.
I am pretty certain I got procs of NL and Oxford too f.e., so even National wonders count.

Rather than making us all guess, this is the type of thing that should be fleshed out in the Civilopedia. I can stand vague tool tips if the Civilopedia is comprehensive, but they really don't give you ANY meaningful info anywhere in the game :/

National wonders count, but I do not think Oracle/PT give a boost. I think Ill check it in a Quick game on prince where I spawn on marble and just go tall and wonder whore, to see what works. Yeah, Ill do that.

I am starting to think that the wonders do not give a tech boost at all. The GL seems to give a boost, but that might be because of the Free library, I am going to test this now.
I just played a quick game on prince where I wonder whored and NONE of the scientific wonders gave any boost, except the national ones... I wish the tooltip was correct... :(

Remember the boost isn't a beaker boost, it's the equivalent of a research agreement. So you won't see your beakers increase in the upper left. Your research should suddenly leap forward.

Yeah, I am fairly certain the GL does NOT give the boost, its just the free library that gives the boost. So only scientific buildings/NATIONAL Wonders are giving a boost:
Library
University
Public School
Research Lab
National College
Oxford University

Still, basically 5/6 free research agreements for buildings you should build anyway (not necessarily research lab).

I believe it's ANY building/wonder that gives flat beakers per turn. That's why they buffed the GL (+3 bpt), nerfed the NC (+3 bpt), and added bunch of flat beakers per turn to all other 'late' scientific buildings. So, in general, if it adds flat beakers OR per citizen beakers, OR +x% science, it will give you a boost.

The following standard science buildings trigger the UA science boost:

Library
University
Public School
Research Lab
Observatory (I haven't actually tested this but I think is will)

The following national wonders trigger the UA science boost:

National College
Oxford University

The following world wonders trigger the UA science boost:

The Great Library

Yes the GL does give a boost and no it isn't just because of the free library. As a test I did the following:

1) Played the game to the point where I was 1 turn away from getting the GL. Saved.

2) Rushed a REGULAR library in the capital and noted I got 49:c5science: free from it which is half my median tech beakers at this point.

3) Loaded the game and allowed the GL to be built. Noted I got 99:c5science: free from it which is median tech cost. IOW I got twice the bonus of the regular library. From this I presumed you get a bonus from the GL itself and from the free library thus in effect it triggers twice.

4) Loaded again just for fun. Rushed the library. Got half the median just as in #2. Allowed the GL to finish and got the median again. So this route you actually get 3 triggers. Presumably the free library is replacing the regular library. This is a most likely a bug but I was curious.

But then the library wouldn't qualify as it does not give flat beakers per turn.

EDIT: Ah nevermind. I failed to read properly :p. It's too late here. You could be right. I've tried to hunt though the XML files for a list of some sort without much success.

EDIT2: Okay I just tested this theory and I can say for 99% certain that easyseeker's hypothesis is correct. I modded the game to give the granary a flat +2:c5science: bonus and indeed when I built it I got a UA triggered science boost as Korea. So that pretty much nails down exactly what will trigger it.

Question:
One of the level 1 improvements on Order gives a 25% science bonus to factories. If you took this first and then built a factory in the capital, would it pop a free RA for Korea?

I use Civilopedia like I use wet paper towel to clean up sawdust. NOT!!! :D
They really need to clean up the Civilopedia.
