Alright, this is a scenario WIP, but I'm going to put it here instead of the Scenarios sub-category for Creation and Customization. The reason why: It is a mod in which the civs are created by The Civ 3 S&T writers, and not a lot of ppl would find it. I will add more info. DO NOT POST UNTIL I SAY

I will need unit art and sounds. Basically, search the download database.

It will be Rhye's 180x180 map, find it on the database. I edited it so there are less volcanoes, but some important ones.

When I say techs, it is one of the beginning ones, Bronze, Masonry, Alphabet, Warrior Code, Pottery, the Wheel, and Ceremonial Burial. Need_my_speed, Mysticism is not one.

can some of these Civs be loosely based on real life?

@CELTICEMPIRE: Yes. In the Civ4 one, there's a guy who did the Confederate States of America. I personally did the Federal Republic of Nukehaveistan.
