If a capital is captured, Respect goes down one. Native nations start one age behind European ones meaning they have a disadvantage in battle but native nations have better starting culture. Battles are determined by me rolling dice. I'll tell you the results of battles. You can only order 4 things per turn. You need to order a growth in a field twice to make it go up. If you don't order a growth in a paticular field 2 orders in a row it will go down.

MILITARY (Army and Navy)
1. Pathetic (You can't attack)
