I made a new thread for this, to collect all the suggestions and improvements for DCNames in the same place.
Also a place where I can constantly update the opening post thus keeping everything clear
Basic rules:
At the moment these are the Dynamic Civ Names in RFCE:
Byzantium, France, Arabia:
Bulgaria, Cordoba, Norse
Venice, Burgundy, Germany, Kiev

Basic rules:
We can have dynamic civ names for every civ:
As you can see, we can have rather complicated terms.
- Under certain civic or civics
- Under different religions
- If not having a certain religion
- Vassal of different civs
- Master of different civs
- After a specific game turn
- Tied to province types (for example: has all of it's core provinces, or has at least 2 unstable provinces, etc)
- Has a specific province
- After respawn
- Different combinations of these
Currently we don't really use that, only the basic DCN names are there.
That's why France gets Frankish Empire from the start and England gets Kingdom of Great Britain
Please help in expanding the dynamic names by making suggestions here
Also note that the DCN names are in a specific order. This is very important.
For every civ, the game will add the first name on the list which is true, and won't even check the other ones
