World On Fire (K-Mod)

Hello there everybody, I was watching a little Dark Knight today and decided to play a game and cause as much chaos as possible in reference to the quote "Some people just want to watch the world burn" (in reference to the Joker). I thought it could be fun to just disrupt the world for no real reason, razing cities with great wonders and bribing the world's white knights into war (and nukes, lots and lots of nukes).

Things to be decided:
Difficulty
Either Noble or Monarch, Noble will allow more role-playing, Monarch will be tougher (but not too tough)
Leader-Really anything goes here, even unrestricted
Map-Either Big and Small or Earth 18 civs (Myatt Earth version)
Style- Either Comedy or Narrative, I'm not sure which I'd prefer

Please note that this would be my tertiary story until I finish my DI, then my secondary story.

E18 (More civs and realistic world), Noble (RP makes the story better), Comedy (There aren't too many comedy stories made these days, but the ones that are will be memorable), and play as either Rome or China. This will be good

As for Comedy or Narrative, the premise is equally well suited to either. Boils down to what you feel the most comfortable with i guess. I sure like comedies, but I definitely love epic narratives also.

For characters, have your Military Advisor be named Marcus Blackstone (I wonder if anyone gets the reference...)

I tihnk I'll go with the compromise Prince and in the name of chaos go with Random Unrestricted with Random Personalities (gasps, astonishment). Still I'll wait for map. I'll definitely do a comedic narrative of sorts, definitely maybe more comedy.

Dawn started to rise on the year 4050 BC. However, the narrator told it to set and get back up at 4000 BC or the intro would be ruined. Groups of people walked outside in 4050 BC, only to find it was dark and wander aimlessly for 50 years until they ended up in the spot that they would build their first cities. This is the story of one of those groups of people and their chaotic existence in...




<Simba>Well, it looks like our wandering has finally led us here, but where are we</Simba>
Random Guy 1: My best guess would be on a hill, maybe in a forest or something
Simba: It was a rhetorical question
Random Guy 2: Well maybe you should specify that next time.
Simba: I didn't ask either of you, now, how do we do this?
Random Guy 1: Well, I think I'll sit down now

Random Guy 1 turned into a pile of building materials and people began tearing him apart and building their homes out of him, calling the city Constantinople in anything but his name.



Soon Constantinople was flourishing and scouting parties came back with exciting news.
Scouting Party 1: We found Harry Potter!
Simba: Really, I've always wanted to meet him!
Scouting Party 1: Yeah come see!
Simba: OMG! That is Harry Potter (squeals like little girl)
Harry Potter: I'm not Harry Potter
Simba: But it says Harry Potter before you speak, that's a dead giveaway right?
Harry Potter: Now I'm not-
Simba: Shut up Harry, nobody likes a whiner, can I get an autograph
Harry Potter: Fine, but only if you leave me alone
Simba: Thank you, thank you. Wait, you signed it "Gandhi", not Harry Potter!
Gandhi Potter: Well, I'm not Harry Potter!



Narrator: At this point it is discovered that under the dirt, the ground is harder and gives way to "rocks" which can be mined, leading to the process of mining.



Simba: Well, I sure love these rocks, but I want an orange-y one, and slaves. I love slaves!
Slaves: We don't like being slaves
Simba: I'm not not paying you to complain, now get back to work!



Scouting Party 1: Sir, we found a living assasinatino victim!
Simba: Was he really assassinated then?
Scouting Party 1: Is that a rhetorical question?
Simba: Just introduce me to him.
Scouting Party 1: Ok, here he is.
Simba: He wasn't assassinated, that's a cultural thing, right?
Asoka: Yeah, but mine didn't turn out too well, it's supposed to be less like a bullet hole, more like a gem.
