to Creat a nation you will need to give this Info:

Country name:
Player:
Capital (if you want):
Army: Small or Tiny
Navy: Tiny or Small
Air force: N/A
Economy: 4
Goverment: Despotism
Culture: 1 religion: ___
Education: 1
Age: 1
Living standarts: 2
Confidence in leader: 2

thats it for now.

I will use numbers in the nations Info! just know this...

To grow Economy you need to waste a full turn on it. thats mean you can't do anything else if you upgrade economy.
economy will get lower in wars (espaicaly loosing wars), embargoes and other pricy stuff.
Economy in level 4 can only handle other stuff to level 4, only a world class economy can do everything, but you will need to work hard to make her stay like that...

If you want tp upgrade army to next age, you can't grow army that turn, and it will lower your army size.

You cannot grow Confidence and Living standarts.

You can only Grow to 3 things each turn.
Army and navy, after reacing maximum can grow National guards for army, Coast guard, and Air guard.

SETTELING DOES NOT COUNT AS ANYTHING
you can do it all the time everywhere, and you can still do other 3things exapt for it...

if i'm forgeting somthing, tell me!

OOC: When can i talk negotiate with another player?
And i don't think i have done a story NES before, so please, do tell me how turns and orders will be processed.

Knes:
You write orders in here, or send them to me by a PM (espaicaly if it's a secret attack)
and you can negotiate after atleast 6 players will join (you already know assyria)

OOC: This is made up of various pieces of memory i have of the old testament and my own imagination.

The land of Israel was made up out of twelve tribes. Theese tribes would squabble over petty things, and war was a common thing. However theese wars were quick and led to nothing more then a few hundred dead Israelites. But in one of theese tribes, the tribe of Judah, an orphan was made when the chieftain Jonathan was slayed on the battlefield. The orphans name was David. David was only 7 years old when his father was killed, and thus his throne was passed on to Jonathans brother Benjamin. Benjamin, a wise old man, sent young David to a military academy. The worlds first military academy as a matter of facts. He lived amongst the soldiers, and by the young age of 12, he was respected as a warrior. When David was nearing the age of 16, his once so friendly uncle decided to send young David to war, so he would remain king for a while longer. This was the decline of the tribe of Juda, and the birth of Israel. Judah went to war with the tribes of Dan and Benjamin. But it wouldn't take long before all twelve tribes got involved. At first, most tribes allied against Judah, but when word of young Davids military prowess started to spread few continued to fight, some became neutral and many allied with Judah. It seemd as if Benjamins plan to have David kille in battle had failed. When David returned to the fair city of Jerusalem he was celebrated by the citizens as a great conqueror, and the father of the Nation of Israel. Benjamin saw no other option but to abdicate, and thus young David was now King David and 19 years old.

David, being a military man, sent his troops east to claim land for Israel and to investigate the rumors of a distand tribe in the fertile lands of the Euphraties and the Tigris. If this tribe would turn out to be friendly or not, David did not know. David himself would stay in Israel and rebuild the lands after the long war. Some would say he was a coward for doing that. Then again, some would be hung for saying that.

Orders:
Send 2/4 of the army east.
Send 1/4 of the army onboard the navy to colonize Cyprys.
Grow army
Grow culture

Edit: Finalized Nation :)

The Tribal Council met. Several chiefs were yelling and waving their fists. There were many sqabbles between the tribal leaders. Then Chief Puglover of the Jesusople Tribe stood up. He said that these tribes should unite or face the mighty horde of Jesusople. Jesusople was large, so many tribes lined up under Puglover. The few tribes who resented his rule had their villages burnt to the ground. The tribes were united under Puglover and called themselves The Iglorian Empire. Puglover's first orders were to expand from their island of Madagascar and settle the Mozambique area. Then they built huge churches to honor the one true God, Jesus, whom the island of Jesusople (Madagascar) was named after.
