You know how in the vanilla game, as part of the installation and the Steam software you have the ability to achieve 'badges' - these are files in the Steam server where you achieve certain conditions in game, upon doing so you unlock the badge and you are acknowledged (sp?) for what you have done and how in game. having bought all the DLCs to Civ5 so far I've noticed that one certain type of badge, what I call the 'Historical Badge' - a badge unlocked when historically accurate goals are achieved in game, examples of these are 'As Alexander, defeat all players by 350 BC', 'As Oda Nobunaga, destroy a unit from a unit with 1 hitpoint' or 'As Ramesses II, use a Great Engineer to rush a Wonder' - as a certain leader, achieve similar goals achieved by the either the leader themself or the nation, in history.
I'm not bothered by it, but the DLC leaders don't have these type of badges available, so it's got my thinking about making some for the leaders. later when I have more time I'll edit this post and suggest ideas, but everyone can if they like suggest badges.

<Will rename with details...>

Mongolia - Agree with yours.
Babylon - Use X scientists to gain free techs on the same turn.
Spain - Control all natural wonders in a single game by having them inside your civilizations borders (inspired by JeanBaptistes Challenge).
Incas - Form a trade route of length 5 or longer that doesn't cost any maintenance.
Polynesia - Settle a second city on a different landmass than your capital is on before xxxx BC (around turn 30 maybe). OR imho better: Upgrade a Maoi Warrior to a Mechanized Infantry unit.
Denmark - There is an achievement from that DLC that is gotten by pillaging 9 farms in the same turn... they simply failed by it not requiring to play Denmark.
Korea - There's actually a hidden Hwacha Kills counter in the achievement log, apparently they planned to make an achievement ("Hwatch out!") out of it but canceled it last minute for unknown reason.

Cool ideas, and I wasn't aware of the Hwach'a achievement. I've updated my ideas and posted my Kamehameha badge, very straight forward.
Babylon and Korea are actually proving to be the most difficult, both nations seem to be very big in research; Babylon the great mathematicians and the Joseon Dynasty the period of scientific boom for Korea. I'm just thinking that the techs I gave them may be too close to the beginning of the tech tree and be very difficult to achieve; Babylon = Mathematics and Korea = Calendar. Spain also needs a bit of determination, whether to go for Columbus' discovery of the New World and settling Isabella, or to emphasise the vast wealth of the Spanish crown during colonialism. Other than that and maybe Pachacuti's badge I think the ideas I have now would be excellent.

BZZZZ - WRONG

It's actually "move a Ski Infantry into a Snow tile"

[BUMP!]
More badges have been updated, as well as their presentation on of OP, and the addition of the Ramkhamhaeng Historical Badge; 'Wat the Heck?'

The Ramkhamhaeng achievement is based off the Sukhothai Historical Park which protects the ruins of the original capital of Sukhothai. The park is home to 26 different temples and wats and includes steles that record some of the history of the Sukhothai Empire. :)

[BUMP!]
Two more badges are done for Babylon and Korea; 'Enūma Anu Enlil' and 'Reading, Writing and Arithmatic'.

'Enūma Anu Enlil' is a collection of tablets in Babylon that is very improtant in the understanding and knowledge of Babylonian Astronomy. I also went for Astronomy for Babylon because it was the only science that appeared to carry over from the Old Babylonian period into the Neo-Babylonian period, as well as being the basis of mathamatics and astronomy of other surrounding cultures. I decided to take the path I did for Sejong because of his work in creating and introducing Hangul to the people, mking them more literate and able to apply themselves to the sciences. The natural progression of such a thing is played out in the achievement.

Also, later on today I'll add similar badges for the scenarios and the playable leaders therein, the Mongol scenario will be left out for the moment seeing as the only real achievement in the game is the victory itself.

For Alexander WOTAW achievement, maybe "Glorious Agamemmnon"?

Hmm, it's a start, but I think we can find a more authentic name, so far I was heading towards 'Homer's Iliad' or a line from it. That or something goofy with a reference to Troy like 'Trojan Horsed!' or 'Send in the Trojan'.

In Homer's poetry he often uses Epiphets in order to retain the rhythm when recited by a bard in Greek, eg. Resourceful Odysseus, Thoughtful Telemachus. I've only read the Odyssey, but I'm thinking an epiphet for Agamemmnon, the High King of Greece and commander of the armies in the Illiad would be a good one.

Yea, I'm thinking along that line as well. I've got the Iliad and Odyssey, I'll be sure to have a sneaky peek to ferret out some good lines.

[Bump!]
The last two badges for DLC leaders in default game play have been finished; 'He Who Makes the Wealth' and 'Pagan Hordes'. At this point I've also added general ideas for the scenario based badges and will be working on them.

'He Who Makes the Wealth' is a line I came up with myself. It replaces only a few letters in Pachacuti's definition; 'He Who Shakes the Earth'. I went with this one because it addresses the creation of Machu Picchu as, mostly theorised by archaeologists, one of Pachacuti's estates, and certainly his most famous. The Viking achievement is based on the many and multiple raids the Vikings engaged in; while some have ventured into unknown parts of Iceland and future North America, Viking activity was centered around the early Holy Roman Empire, the Frankish Realm and the British Isles, establishing settlements in the islands and laying watse to the coastal towns all across Europe.

I won't have any kind of order for the scenario based badges, whichever ones I can set and find good titles for I'll do.
