Pre-Thread For A Civ IV S&T Project

Hello there fellow members of Civ IV S&T, I'm here to just see if I can gauge support for a possible project that looks to be in the works right now. This is a highly collaborative project between the multiple members of the forum organization, involving a Civilization game that we will play over time and take plenty of pictures of, and then have people of the game publish stories and focus on collaborative updates of larger eras over time, as well as generally have a fun time writing the stories.

Currently as it stands, we will be doing a Giant Earth Map, made by Genghis Khai, and we will be playing with as many people as we can get. Current members of the S&T forum group have already picked out a few civilizations of their own, but the thing is still open as it stands.

It will be a multiplayer session, and a nice one at that, and we would like to keep this as civil as possible, so no arguments please.

Not only that, we are taking suggestions for the name of this project as it currently stands, and we eagerly await response.

Have a good day all, and I hope you sign up.

EDIT 1: Alright, the Indians and the English are taken, as well as the Chinese. (SouthernKing, METY, and Tomorrow's Dawn respectively).

If you don't mind of course, if it is too much of a problem here in the thread, just drop a message on their profile or via PM.

Claiming the English, so I can ignore building an army and just laugh at you behind my Wooden Wall, be immune to rushes, and just colonize everywhere.

If I can't do that, next priority is the Romans, then the Greeks.

So, can we do this in whatever format we feel like, or does it have to be a specific genre?

Ah, by that, do you mean picture specific or text specific?

Doesn't matter either one, but I think picture only stories would be bad, even with a bit of text... adding just a little bit and structuring some stuff can be good. Formats can be in first person, third person, or as a play if you want, and the types of stories can be historical records, personal accounts, eyewitness events, and other such things.

I meant the three genres of S&T, comedy, history book, or narrative.

All of the above if you prefer, mixing it up would be nice.

If many people can not run a Giant Earth Map, we can switch over to a mod like Neoteric World if need be.

(MOAR) Tech, (Y U NO) Diplo and (Flame) Wars: A Collaborative Civ4 AAR seems about right.

All of you get your first choices.

Starting time for this thread is planned all the way up to May 4'th, so that people can try GEM and Neoteric World as they want.

How much RAM do you have METY?
(Never tried GEM you see, but C2C runs, if somewhat laggy/slow on my comp, which has 4 GB, after mid-Industrial)
