He could be Joseph "Little Joe" Cartwright of the Ponderosa.
..but there's a specific actor that this leaderhead looks just like, and I just can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe Horst Buchholz, who played Chico in The Magnificent Seven. There's a little early Eastwood in him too - I'd have to see him with a Marsh Wheeling Virginian stuck between his teeth.
