I have attached a save with 3 Frigates ready to be promoted with the Range Promotion. The Frigates are next to the city of Nara, in the North.
When promoting the naval unit, the Range promotion appears correctly. However once you click on End Turn, on the following turn the Range Promotion disappears from the unit but you do not get a refund on XP.
This bug is not limited to Frigates, it appears to be all naval units. Earlier in the game this Range promotion loss also happened to a Trireme and Caravel.
145.4 with CivWillard and InfoAddict as the only other mods.
Edit: I have since confirmed that the problem is only with Naval units. Land Ranged units retain their Range promotions on subsequent turns.
