Monochrome religion buttons

I couldn't find the place where the monochrome religion symbols held in. They're to be shown in the religions screen before they've found. Also can't call where they're pointed at (in XML).

Yeah, this is a little confusing. You have to monochrome version of the button, and save it in the same directory as the original button, but add _d to the filename.

Example: You are setting up a Shinto religion. The button is called Shinto.dds. Create the monochrome version and call it Shinto_d.dds and put it in the same directory.
