Artist culture

My artists aren't producing any culture.

I couldn't find anything about it in the notes on your site so I just assume it's a bug. Correct?

Do you mean when you 'hammer' them to create a bonus boost in culture? Or as specialists?

I started a test game, gave myself a shrine and artist, and advanced a few turns. It appeared to give me culture. Have you tried the things on the common checklist? I would especially check if the game installed multiple versions of the mod in the mods folder (should only be 1 of each mod), or if you have other mods installed which might cause compatibility issues.
