Marketing DoC?

We can't market it, I think that's against some copyright rules of Firaxis.

He didn't mean selling it or anything similar
Just marketing it - as in popularize

Whenever someone asks about civ 4 mods on other websites I frequent I make a point to link DoC, other than that I don't know what else we could do.

That is very common but still one of most effective way to marketing.

Because we live in FUTURE ERA Facebook group is too good tool for marketing. Leoreth is not in Facebook if I have understood it right - but I think it would still good idea to make Facebook group to DoC.

Want me to make it?

Too bad.

I'm not on Facebook and tend to avoid social media in general. You are right though that they are a good way to popularize things such as this mod and I would be very happy to see if people would use them to spread the word about it.

In a purely non-commercial way, of course.

Wow, indeed! What a long hiatus. :D Community was getting worried, you know...

Anybody familiar with editing Wikipedia?
We could add a section about RFC Dawn of Civilization over here, or even create a new page that link to it.

I guess we could add a Modmods section to the wikipedia article
(I mean, a little more detailed than the current couple lines)
At least for the bigger, more developed mods:
RFCE, DoC, SoI, RFCA, RFCCW

I have a wikipedia account, but not that much freetime nowadays
