My talant with gimb is well ....
So it would be very nice if someone could help us to finish some wonders and buildings, with the artwork for them.
Icons for wonders like the Berliner Wall , Orbitalelevator and some buildings like Solartower.
If anyone could help i we will praise you and give you proud honor in the credits.;)

My last sessions with gimp 2 was....:hmm: Not really was i looked for. So i downloaded
Paint.net and will try my best with it. Also the tutorials are very helpful but im not very good in doing this kind of stuff.

I tried to create one for Solar Tower ... don't quite know what you had in mind, but here's a shot at it at least. If you have some specific ideas for what you would like, feel free to link to images, and perhaps at some point I'll have time to do some more.



If you want to use this one, I can make .dds files and send you.

That's actually a fantastic icon and fits with the game style perfectly!

That looks great! You've inspired me to try my hand at a custom icon too.

I'm having a go at the Berlin Wall. It seemed to me an odd choice to be a wonder, but I think the starburst lines worked for the idea I had...



EDIT: I've attached a DXT5 DDS.

BTW the Berliner Wall will only be avaible if you have have some policies adapted. (commusim or socialism) The idea behind this is that some policies allows you to construct some related buildings and wonders.

I'm still not a Photoshop expert, so this one took me a few hours (though much of that was hunting down art to tear apart and put back together).

That sounds interesting! I feel bad I still haven't tried out CCTP after all this time.

Maybe when the next version will be released you will play some rounds...
The Icon looks realy nice, i resized the image and put it onto the mod. Wow you spend a lot of time, thanks again.
