Welcome To The World of Jinsei

The world of Jinsei is very diffrent from our own. It is populated by many strange and dangerous creatures, that won't think twice about killing man. The people of Jinsei are in a technological level we would most likely call "early middle ages".

Cultures of Jinsei:
Jinsei is divided into four culture groups:

Khono-Okukhi: "The Far West" as it is called, these violent and often backwards people hold little power other than military. Yet there are a few cultural and economic holdouts. People from this part of the world have dark skin and build large wooden structures.
Galal: The Galal culture is several millenia old and very complex. Galal is the home of one of the world's few republics. Their religion, Juktu, is a polytheistic religion focusing on the importance of self.
Hinoan: Hinoa is an important trading civ in the Hinoan sea. Their culture is extremely comperable with our Japanese. Hinoa and neighboring Shikaa have strong feudal systems with a caste system comprised of the poor->merchants and farmers->knights->preists->nobility.
Chato-Oixican: The Chatopans and the Oixicans are two civlilizations on the far Eastern continents of Jinsei. Their violent religion has recived much criticism from Hinoan and Galali nations and has caused many wars, with deaths on both sides.
Svdenegian: A simplistic, almost tribal, honor intensive culture.

Rules

The year is 1386 jioboto hinoa (after the rise of Hinoa)

Looks great, Plexus.

Emperor Teoutucan took steps out into the sunlight before his people in the capitol city of Yachtlzac. The blue and green feathers on his head bounced and intermixed with the many dangling golden trinkets that covered him in necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and earrings.

It was a hot day. Chatopa was, fortunately, not a humid nation, but the sun baked children, as those who once played with one another rested in their hammocks naked. This had not deterred the adults from attending the ceremony, and a large crowd drew in the avenue in front of the temple of Yachtlzac. Women hurried down the rock-and-adobe streets with young children in hand to attend the monthly meeting; such things were important to the Chatopian culture.

The man's weathered, tanned face grew into a smile, which looked as though one had taken a pen knife and carved his dry face out of clay. His raspy lips tightened and his dark brown eyes took in the Sun.

"My people! The blood of these virgins pleases our Gods and bestows upon us the continued wealth and prosperity of our nation. They have been chosen by our lottery and will be sacrificed to them for the greatness of our country!"

The pirest drew his knife, which was made of obsidian, and the blood drained from the platform on which the clergy and Emperor stood through the irrigation system and to the cornfields.

"We trust to have a fertile and productive Spring. We will grow in population, and will dedicate these new births to the production of a Great Temple in Yachtlzac to represent the greatness of our religion, of our Coctalism!"

Understand, this would be my first NES. I think I have the basic concept, but otherwise I'm winging it. Occasional advice would be nice.
