Feeding my addiction.
This is the WW2 Italian M13 tank although it dose have some M15 in its design. It can be used as a flavor unit for Rome, Italy (if you have Italy in your game) or even as a European tank since many tanks from Hungary Sweden or Czechoslovakia had some similarities in appearance that were different form other areas.

The M13 is the one in the upper Right.

Hey no problem sorry it took so long but this darn real world keeps interupting my creation. :)

Thanks hunter, I needed just this particular tank. :)
Boulboulgadoul (SP?) is making a modern italian armour. I would much more like to see that matilda you were working on.

Sicuramente, per fare un m13 hai origini italiane. Grazie per la realizzazione. Hai mai pensato di fare delle unità tipiche italiane? Sarebbe bello avere i Bersaglieri, i lagunari, i Carabinieri, i Corazzieri ecc. Hai dei suggerimenti per la civiltà italiana?
Ciao

Hey hunter you might recognize me from the CDGROUP as Fritz Reiser i have to say about time someone made this tin can :) Greatjob and i too would like to see a modern Italian Ariete MBT as an Italian modern armour flavour unit

Hunter, make that Leopard 1!

I got alot fiished this weeked and hope to post he Matilda today or tomorrow. Then by friday I will finish the Leopard 1.

It's a real looker, this one! And like others have said above; it was sorely needed as a roman/italian flavor unit... You're among the best mech unit creators here, together with artists like Boulboulgadoul and Utahjazz, and I salute you, Sah!!! The only possible improvement would be adding shadow to the units.

Well done! :goodjob:

Thats some high praise, Im not sure im worthy of it but thank you. :)

As for the shadows I dont know why I alwas forget them I will try to include them in my future creations. I may even ad shadow into the units I have already made but that will have to happen after I am done the Matilda and Leopard 1.

Yes, I know that. I once acheived to make a complete run animation, and then realized I forgot to implement the wheels on the left side ! :D I was a bit nervous the rest of the day.

This is a great unit ! I can't desagree with the shadow thing, but it is fully playable. Real good job.

And yes, I'm working on the Ariete and I already made sevral animations done. I think I'll have it by the week.

Well this will be the first unit I make shadows for when I have time.

I am looking forward to your Ariete Boulboulgadol :)

One thing I have always thought would have been nice is if the Civ 3 team had made at least region specific units. ie: the European nations would have its own unit graphics that were different from the Asian units who were different from the American units and so on. It would have been even better (although difficult to implement) to have regional tech trees but o well.

To my knowlage the M13 is from 1940 but since my unit has some small M15 in its design (being that they looked very much the same) it can be used for the duration of WW2.

Pretty sure you use rhino right? You could use boulboulgadols lighting and angle set up which is very helpfull for angles and lighting. You just got to past your model into the save, duh. Change the angles by view>named views>restore, another duh if you use rhino hope this helps and hope you use rhino :D
