Welcome, this is my thread for storing my Civilization 4 stories. I'm going to making a lot more so I've decided to make a thread for the ones I already have. Also, rather than have you readers vote on the story's thread, you can just vote for the next story here.

The Ports of Portugal (Part 1)

Story: The Portuguese state finally gains independence and decides to take on the duty of colonizing the world. Join several famous Portuguese leaders as they bicker and befriend while trying to establish their empire as the best in the world.
Protagonists: Joao, Henry the Navigator, Manuel I, Afonso de Albuquerque, Ferdinand Magellan, Maria II, Mansa Musa, Giovanni, Cardinal Henrique, Bob

The Fall of Civilization

Story: This documentary chronicles the fall of three lesser civilizations. It reveals the terrible conditions and incursions minor civilizations must endure. The amount of pain is not limited at all, it is abundant.

RFC: Dawn of Civilization

Karnage of the Kingdom of the Kongo

Story: The tribes of the Kongo are finally united under one ruler, but he immediately has to deal with problems such as the Portuguese Trading Company and the vile natives to the east. But, his kingdom is technologically behind and the European colonies of Africa are begging to be under a traditionalist rule. Can Mbemba catch up to modern Europe while conquering back his native African home?

Antagonists: Mobutu, Joao, Philip, every Impi, the independent African countries, slow technological progress

The Young Turks

Story: The great Sultan Sillyman and his glorious onion hat decide to take on Europe and the Islamic World in this narrated, comedic tale of the young Turkish state.

The Byzantastic Adventure!

Story: After failing miserably at baseball, Theodore vows to quit. His parents try to convince him to stay, but to no effect. His father, George, tells him the story of an empire that never quit, the Byzantine Empire. Theodore is completely eluded by the magnificent Roman Empire and may re-join the baseball team next year after all...
Characters: Theodore, George, Jane

The Forgotten Civilization

Story: After coming out of a deep depression, the Pope vows to reclaim the Roman Empire and conquer the savage heathens to make the Roman Empire obey Catholicism and rid eastern Europe of the vile Byzantine Empire, led by the bipolar Justinian I. This story is fairly short and uses the chipotle cheat to play as the exalted Papal States.

The Kind of Serene Republic of Venice

Story: Enrico Dandolo finally manages to unify part of Verona to combat the Lombard menace. Dandolo and his three advisers dream of a Mediterranean under Venetian control. They need to ensure their serene republic is the most powerful in the world and dominates the sea. But, a certain Orthodox kingdom to the north won't allow that...

Story: Just a simple story about the great kingdom of Prussia. It must take on the pagans of the east and the feuding German states of the west.

Story: This is the tale of the expansion of the beautiful Kingdom of Leon. With his trustworthy advisor, the king surely can conquer Iberia and maybe even parts of the Mediterranean. But he has to deal with problems such as the Cordobans and Aragonese. All of these challenges would prove to be minor compared the threats looming from the north...

4 (Dawn of Civilization). I don't care what exact civ you use, I would just vote for some original, ridiculous setup that breaks several loopholes (like the Kition start).
 
2-SoI, since it's my favorite RFC modmod. (TBH I have never really gotten into DoC - and I daresay I haven't yet finished a game.
 
FYI: I have my own plan for the Triumph of Mankind. I'm just asking for ideas for a regular civ story.
 
On the OP you should make the distinction between your RFCE++ games and your RFCE game.
 
Nah, I think I'll just stick with one category.
