Congrats on the last but one phase of results, you must have found El Dorado's right left and centre? You must be blessed with more patience than anyone I have ever known!!

EDIT - I only ever do enough to beat the previous best, I definitely have a lot more up my sleeve.

One day I may look at some of your games but for now I am re-learning the game having been absent from it for about 20 months (last played 1st August 2011).

Not sure why I stopped playing back then, since returning I have enjoyed trying to figure out how tactics have developed, and this is only on settler difficulty!

I will also take this opportunity to congratulate you on your many achievements in the HoF.

Congratulations to Vexing as well on your previous achievements, I see that you finally completed the VVV and was top for a long time...until TractorBoy claimed that title recently.

In many respects I think we are similar types of players, it would be nice to have some competition and I hope you stay with it.
I checked out August 1st 2011, and I see you were 452 points to vexing's 147, (based on the original scoring system, before the conversion which happened in August 2012.)

I am pretty much alone on this one, but to me it doesn't matter where you get your points from, if others have competed and the points are up for grabs, then I see it as fair game.
Tactics have changed in some key areas, not least of which would be the courthouse bug which has been fixed.

Yes, that guy is different class, you could say our fight for top spot has been quality versus a never say die attitude.
