So I went for another game with spain (immortal/standard/standard/continents)

I spawned with following starting location

First I thought WTH, no river, but salt at least. Then I noticed the mountain southwest and moved my settler there. When I arrived I was really surprised - look why

No joke: a City which 2x great barrier reef, 5x fisch (1 on great barrier reef), 1x wheat, 1x cattle, 1x salt, 1x copper, 1x Stone, 1x sheep and a mountain -with SPAIN oh god

Now you will think: really nice start which will supersteamroll? No. It came much better, when I found this tile only two city spots away

Not to mention: the City between the above two is a crazy salt location which would be itself a near perfect starting Location

And I had 1500 cash on turn 10. Its immortal difficulty which plays like settler. Its really like playing SPAIBYLON hrrr

You lucky Spaniard, thats my dream start.

In all my games as Spain I've never run across the GBR early.

sry, tried to attach file 2 times, but every time it says file invalid. I usually never use filehosters, so have you got a link to an hoster from where it works, or give me a tip to attach file (maybe Im making a mistake?)

Put the file in a zip (In Windows, Right Click > Send To > Compressed (Zipped) File), then try uploading it as an attachment.
 
Not a Chance to make an attachment, don't know what mistake I'm making. However, I will link the download without attachment, hope this is no problem with board admins.

And I upload it from my cpu too, so if the link doesnt work or got deletet you can dl it as long as I'm online (and somebody other can share the file afterwards)

I finished only at turn 240, because i stomped out most of the wonders, and didnt head for a specific victory condition. I just only wanted to be mighty (great science, culture, much wonders and army). However my aggressive playstyle with this game led to hostile neighbors - so no trade Agreements and low Gold form trades)

However, I enjoyed this game really much, so have fun playing it
