NEW UNIT: Singapore Tongkang

Finally done...
A frigate replacement for asian civilizations, mainly China, but its good for Mongols, Korea and Japan too. Its a "tongkang" based on Singapore model from www.conradasia.com hence the name.
ps. This isn't equivalent for european frigate, but its hard to find a matching ship. My masterplan for asian navy looks like this:
Singapore Tongkang -> replaces Frigate
Foo Chow Junk -> replaces Galleon
Twaqo or TVA22's Junk -> replaces Caravel

Pedia and units_32 icons included. No sounds (but it's linked to Caravel sounds).

This is definitely going to be the tongkang in my mod for the Phillipines, even if it may not be meant to be used by them. Your boats are great, keep going with them!
