Inspired by a chat conversation with a bunch of drunken IOTers, I present you a fast-paced NES: Dragon Master.
Everyone who joins will get to pick 5 starting dragons, of the 4 types: Fire, Water, Nature and Wind. Naming them is NECESSARY. You may name them however you want.
Fire does double damage to Nature, but does half damage to Wind
Water does double damage to Fire, but does half damage to Nature
Nature does double damage to Wind, but does half damage to Water
Wind does double damage to Water, but does half damage to Fire.
Also, each dragon type does half damage to it's own type. In addition, Wind Dragons cannot attack their own type.
Each dragon can challenge any other dragon that wasn't challenged that turn. A battle lasts for 3 rounds , in which each dragon attacks once. the one who does the biggest damage wins. If the damage is equal, it's a tie and everyd ragon gains half the rewards. If a dragon's health is reduced to 0, he's DEAD.
Every turn, each player gains 10 points that he can spend in two ways: buying new dragons, for 5 points each, or upgrading existing dragons, up to level 10
Upgrading a dragon gives him abilities after level 5, which are further increased at level 10.
Defeating a dragon in fair fight rewards 5 points. Being defeated rewards 2 points.

============
NOTICE: you can set any of your dragons as " UNAVAILABLE" which means nobody will be able to attack it that turn, but also it means that in the next turn you can no longer set it as unavailable.
Also, you can challenge you own dragons, for a random amount of points ( betwen 3 and 7), but beware: is one of them dies, it's dead for good.
To further augment the number of points each player has, every dragon of or over level 4 produces 1 point per turn for it's owner, and every dragon of level 8 and above produces 2 points for it's owner.
To lower the sadness of people who lose their trained dragon, everyone gets 1 revival point each Update. Revival points stack but otherwise cannot exceed 10% of the number of dragons you own (if you own less than 10 dragons, 1 revival point si minimum). Each revival point can revive a dead dragon, but with one level lower than it was in life. ( minimum is still level 1) A revived dragon is UNAVAILABLE for an Update.
Please note that I am entitled to change any of the rules ( you will be notified in-game) and penalise players who abuse certain loopholes in the rules.
Also, to balance out bonuses for people who will join after Update 0, each subsequent update will add 50% more starting points than the previous. For now, all players will start with 20 points.
