Overflow error in happiness from engineer specialist

Hi all,

I have Civ 5 (v1.0.3.80) with G&K expansion, Civ V Unofficial Patch (GnK) v2.7 and G&K Enhanced Mod v2.15 (that's what the modinfo file is saying - latest version from steam in any case). Clean install.

I noticed 2 problems.

1. Sometimes you get an eternal golden age because of extremely high happiness bonuses from engineer specialists. There seems to be an overflow somewhere ... savefiles, screenshots and logfiles are attached.

2. The Indian UB does not seem to give additional bonuses over the plain building it replaces.

I have the exact same problem in BNW with the expansion pack 3.5.3 though it is not only the engineer specialist from the smith, but also other specialists that creatures massive amount of something (millions).

This is very strange, I don't know what might cause it. I'm investigating further now.
