[Release] R.E.D. WWII National Anthems

A small add-on, that can be used alone or with another mod/scenario, which add official national anthems for 9 civilizations, some recorded during or just before WWII:

- China
- France (I'm still looking for a good version with lyrics)
- Germany
- Greece
- Italy
- Japan
- U.K. (God Save the King)
- U.S.A. (I need to cut the first seconds...)
- U.S.S.R.

What does this do?

Does it change backgroundmusic when in leader diplomacy?
or it changes the game background?

Yes, it change the music in leaders diplomacy, and the national anthem of the nation you're playing is the first music played when you start/reload a game.

Should I work on a complete music add-on, or should this stay low priority ?

Keep it low priority.
