Ocean World:
Combo of Story and Team type NES.
This is the Ocean World. There is very little land. The two nations of Astoria and Estland have over the centuries fought to gain control of the land. The two nations have developed into a more modern era but the two continue to fight one another. There is nothing to do but to go to war once again.
There are two nations: Astoria and Estland
Leader: Controls all International and Domestic policies. He can stop any decision that one of his generals make.
Head General: Controls the Ground Forces and Ground Air. Will develop the strategies for land assaults.
Head Admiral: Controls the Sea Forces and Naval Air. Will develop the strategies for Naval and air assaults.
Governor: Controls the domestic policies- Tax, Research and population control. Also the Domestic Forces.

Ground:
Army: The Brunt of the ground forces, for any ground operation
Marines: Special ground forces that can be used for amphibious attacks.
National Guard: Domestic Force
Sea:
Navy: Carriers, battleships destroyers. Ships
Sub Force: Submarines. These can be used for sneak attacks.
Coast Guard: Domestic Force
Air:
Ground Air: The Air Force that operates from airfields.
Naval Air: The Air Force that operates from Carriers
Chopper Crops: Domestic Force
Domestic Force: Helps keep Domestic peace and will also help against invasions, rebellions and spies.

DOMESTIC:
Taxes: Between 5% and 30% Starts at 15%. Every 5% means 1 upgrade. So 15% means 3 upgrades per turn(say Army, Navy and Chopper Corps). It only goes up to 6 upgrades. 15% is in the middle so the people wont be as angry, but more taxes means more discontent and less taxes means happier.

Research: There is 3 technologies to research for now(more pending) Each require 3 upgrades to fully aquire. You dont have to use all upgrades in one turn.
Better Firearms: Increases the attack and defense of Ground forces
Engine Upgrade: Better attack and defense of Sea forces
Radar Upgrade: Better attack and defense of Air forces

Population Control: An important Domestic feature. This tells how the Domestic Forces should deal with the population. There is 5 levels. Each one more severe then the last. This will help with unhappy populace and keep it in check from harming the country.
Unfortunately this may further incite hostilities. Martial Law and Shoot-On-Sight will also lower enemy spies effectiveness.(1/5 and 1/6 chance)

Spies: Spy operations can be used by any commander respectfully. The Leader can do any spy mission. Only one spy mission can be performed each turn by each commander(leader, Admiral, General, Governor). There is only a 1/4 chance the mission will work.
Troop Positions(General): Enemy Army less effective
Beach Traps(General): Enemy Marines less effective
Beach Blasting(General) Friendly Marines more effective
Airfield Sabotage(General): Enemy Ground Air less effective
Sub Scouting(Admiral): Friendly Submarines more effective
Disrupt supplies(Admiral): Enemy Navy less effective
Sub Pen Infiltration(Admiral): Enemy Subs less effective
Carrier Bomb(Admiral): Enemy Naval Air less effective
Find Rebels(Governor): Any civil discontent is less effective
Smoke Out(Governor): Stop an enemy spy mission
Propaganda(Governor): More severe population control dosent incite more hatred
Police Program(Governor): Population Control More effective(can use less severity)
Double-Cross(Leader Only): Gain the orders of One enemy commander(choose)
Coup(Leader Only): Incite an enemy uprising
Bribary(Leader Only): Enemy Domestic Forces(pop control) less effective
Deceit(Leader Only): Lower Enemy Happiness

Terrain: Terrain can help you defeat the enemy and hold off major invasions.
Forest(Green): Thick forests of the temprate zone of the equator. They will offer increased defense from the enemy. Unfortuenetlly the defending Ground Air will have hard time taking and landing in forests. They recieve a decrease in defense.
Grasslands(Yellow): Grasslands of Ocean World are in the cooler tropics. They dont offer any extra protection against enemy ground forces but the defending Ground Air will recieve a boost thanks to large avalible space.
Mountains(Brown): The cool North and South hold the main mountains of Ocean World. here the defender will be able to recieve a big boost in defense. But due to the lack of flat
ground the Ground Air will once again receive a bad defense.
Arctic(White): The cold arctic tundra. hese are the icecaps the the planet. The melting of these would ensure the demise of all land on the planet. They will make any attack or defense weaker. Troops will shiver and weapons freeze. Planes will also freeze and ships will need to continuelly use their fuel to break ice. It would be best to leave them alone.
ORDERS/UPDATES:
All orders are to be PMed to me. They do not have to be but if you don't want the other team to see your orders better PM them. Updates will come when I receive ALL the orders from each commander. The team leader may make the orders for the certain commander if they do not send the orders in quick enough. There is a FIVE day deadline non-the-less. If no orders come in by five days then your team's orders will not be counted and the update will happen anyway. If a certain commander continues to fail to send in orders I will remove him from the game and an alternate can take his place.
