New version inbound. Mainly bugfixes and error corrections - no major new features here. Some bugs (ahem Conquistadors) were fairly game-breaking, however most are balance and/or cosmetic adjustments.

Fixed unit-related errors regarding cost, obsolete techs, combat strength, etc.
Adjusted free buildings from policies and traits to be tech and prereq-independent (i.e. free Harbors will be immediate, free Museums do not need Opera Houses, etc.).
Added LUA tooltip descriptions for yields (Piety Policy stuff, mainly) and culture changes to buildings (from policies) - all changes can be found in InfoToolTipInclude.lua
Fixed 'lack of era scaling' bug for GP expenditure (policies and beliefs)
Fixed Wheat not granting +1 food with farm
Fixed many text typos and bugs (lots)
Adjusted buildingyieldmods to not delete table (for mod compatibility - courtesy Skodkim)
Adjusted advanced spy actions to be slightly more rare, and introduced a greater chance that the event will go undetected.
Adjusted Tradition Policy Branch:
Tradition now grants +5% growth, and +3% growth per unlocked policy in all cities (instead of flat food bump)
Monarchy and Oligarchy policies flipped
Legalism requires both Oligarchy and Aristocracy
Aristocracy Wonder boost removed, added additional gold per city (+1)
Landed Elite food bumped to +2
Legalism grants +20% growth (down from 25)
Adjusted Piety Branch:
Monasticism now grants a free Monastery in your Capital when unlocked
Adjusted Liberty Branch:
Civil Engineers now grants +2 Production
