World at War
The world is tired. Several countries around the world have took over the power and begun marching into other countries.
Carthage, Rome, Egypt, France, Spain, Byzantion, Germany, Austria, Russia, Sweden and England have came to power. Who will win? who will be destoried? will the world be peacfull or 1 big war?
It's all up to you in World at War.
Provinces are not very equaly given, so wars will be neceary to not stay behind...
The Year is 1880. Each turn is 1 year.
Economy
Each province produce 3c.
Each City adds 3c.
If a country have 4 provinces and 2 cities than it earns: 4*3+2*3=12+6=18c
The game money is called credits. (5 credits can also be called 5c)
The banking limit is 15c.
Upkeep
Each province you own can take off the upkeep from 4 armies and 3 fleets.
For every city you take off upkeep for 5 armies and 4 fleets.
After it you loose -1c for every army and -1c for every navy.
Miliatery
New Armies cannot attack, only move to yours and natural provinces.
New Fleets cannot attack, only defende.
Army cost 3c. Armies can only move on land provinces but can also by transported by a fleet. (Transporting rules later) ARMY look like this: / on the map.
Fleet cost 5c. Fleets can only move 1 sea province but can also transport armies.
Fleets look like a big squar with the country color. If It have armies on it, it will also have a number on the squar to show how many armies.
Buildings
Barracse cost 10c. You MUST have a barracs or a city to built armies.
Harbor cost 10c. Can only be built in Coastal provinces. You MUST have an harbor or a city to build fleets.
City cost 18c. Adds 3c to your economy. Can build all kinds of miliatery, Must be caostal to build fleets.
Getting a province
To get a province you must pay for the claiming. You can only claim teritories that you have armies in Them. To claim a neutral province it costs 2c.
Neutral provinces are white.
To claim a conquered province you need tp pay 7c and must have armies in it.
Conquered provinces are Dark gray.
Transportation rules
A fleet can load the army and unload it in 1 turn without moving.
If the fleet moves that it cannot unload the army.
You can neather:
Load the army and unload it in another provinces.
Load the army and move the fleet.
Move the fleet and than load the army.
Unload the army and move the fleet.
Move the fleet and than unload the army.
OOC For who that don't know, Load-means take the army on the ship. Unload- take off the army From the ship.
Battle system
For every army I role a 7 sided dice. If it's 3 or less the army kill, if it's 4 or more the army miss.
Each country Also have a fighting bonus and a minus to make everything equal.
Battles are to the end Unless you add how many armies you want to retreat, for example:
You say attack with 5 armies, if I have 2 or less and the enemy is alive retreat.
If You will not add somthing like that, You won't retreat and battles will go on to death.
For defensive players battles are to the end (you won't retreat from your home!!!).
Diplomacy
I dont' care about the alliances! You can sign whatever you want. ROP's are NOT alowed for now!
Start
All countries start with 6c, 3 from provinve and 3 from city.
This is enough to move an army into a province and claim it.
The starting countries and their bonuses:
O England Jason the King +1 to fleet defense , -1 to attack of armies.
V France China444 +1 to army defense, -1 to fleet defense.
V Sweden Heine
+1 to army defense, -1 to fleet attack.
Germany emu +1 to army attack, -1 to army defense.
V Russia Nivi +2 to army defense, -2 to fleet attack.
Austria +1 to fleet attack, -1 to army defense.
Spain MattyB2 +2 to fleet attack, -2 to army attack.
V Rome gecko1234 +1 army attack, -1 navy attack.
V Carthage Stalin006 +2 to fleet attack, -1 to army defense.

MOD rule
Players, you are the ones to make the game interesting. If it won't be, and i'll get bored from updating (only adding armies all the time for example).
Another thing. I WILL UPDATE EVERY DAY IF I get all orders... if I won't so the second day I will update.
If for 1 turn I won't get orders at all, I will close the nes and move to the next one...
The only reason to not post anything for 3 turns is if you are dead or the server of CFC is down.
After 3 turns your country will become NPC.
I control NPC countries and move for them
And they won't be nice.......
Rules might be added\changed from time to time to make the game easier to play AND mod. OOC just like UKNES3
