And I wanna take Rome
as a Republic.
Greece wasn't a country...
It was many small countries... never 1 big, atleast until somone conquered all greece...

Roman Republic
Rome was in weak condition.
The armed forces were not enough, and all the lands were wasted in Farmland.
The Senate has decided to talk about the orders of business and votings begun to be done. The Roman Senate has begun to work.
Vote I
Roman Expansion:
The Roman senate has gathered to vote on the expansion pace!
I.) No Expansion: YES-0% NO-100%
it was sure Rome would expand. But how much? And to where?
II.) Northward slow expansion: YES-35% NO-65%
the roman senate decided that there would be no only expanding north.
III.) Southward fast Expansion: YES-40% NO-60%
the roman senate decided that there would be fast expansion, but not only to the South.
After a huge debate and expansion map have became true.
The whole senate of gathered to Vote if to accept the map or not.

In the end of the debate the Roman senate have came to this conclusions:

The Roman Army is very trained.
After the wars with the estrukans the armies shrank into a dangerus size.
The army contained only 5 legions instead of the 20 regular before the Republic wars.
The navy was in bad shape, but also was very unimportant, as Greece anyway controls the trade routs together with Phoenicia and both didnt had any power to destroy the Roman republic.
The roman senate has decided that the army must grow, no matter the cost of the economy.

In the northern lands, far from what people would call civilisation, settlers from a distant land founded a town on a small island. The town was called Birka. Years passed and theese people expanded their small nation and founded many more villages. All villages were their own tribe, and fought many wars with eachother, effectively preventing any more expansion or any scientific discoverys. It was not until a perticularily harsh winter settled over the lands until the tribes realised that they needed eachother. Several of the tribes were completely wiped out. The remaning tribes joined under the flag of the largest of the tribes, Birka.
Today the world was much different. The Vikings, as they called themselves, were growing restless. The meeting lasts untill sunset, but all participants had eventually agreed. Emperor AAminion00 orders the army to march southwards. Imperial scouts tell of two great rivers to the south, whose land could be used for farming, which would increase the population and the economy. Considering that the army needed to be increased and economy jumpstarted, this was exactly what China needed. The Emperor also decided that they could do with what they had already to increase the slowing economy. Since workers are plentiful, he orders them to build great roads between Lo Yang and all outlying cities and towns. The result should be more trade between the people and a better economy.

- Send the army southward to acquire the land of the two rivers
- Withing 10 years build roads between Lo Yang and all major cities and towns. Encourage trade.
