A while ago I started MinionNES1. By then I had been in several NES's for a short while and pretty much gotten the hang of it. When I tried starting my own however, I had a few problems. What ended up happening was an NES in which there were only 4 people in different corners of Eurasia. So this is an attempt to fix that. I hope that this time a lot more people will join. Hell, I might even advertise if I feel like it. The rules will be a bit different, so here below is some of the new stuff, and the basics. Experienced NESers can just skim through and jump right in.

Other Details

Cities

Cost two economy levels to build but have positive effects. They increase your defense in times of war, make people happier, provide more places you can build wonders in, etc. etc. If you capture someone elses city, you get immediate bonuses.

Trade

Three economy level cost, gives you a free economy level every three turns. It's safe to do it with your neighbors, but over long distances, hostile countries could tamper wtih them...

Walls

Cost an economy level to build a section. Like cties, minus the other bonuses. If capture by enemies, no real bonus (even if you do a counter-offensive, the walls are build to defend your side, not your enemy).

Wonders

I decide time and effects.

Military History of the World and it's Conflicts

Egyptian War

Tensions were already running high between the Israelis and Egyptians when the Egyptians finally declaered war and crossed the border. Much of Israel fell quickly untill Persia and the Hedjaz both offered military assistance. With their help, the Egyptians were driven out of Israel very quickly. The Egyptian forces regrouped at the heavily fortified city of Sinai. They held out for many months but the combined allied pressures and a military plan by King Amirsan eventually drove them out. The Egyptians created a miniscule army in hopes of defending their capital of Thebes, but hurridly offered peace to the alliance.

Vercingetorix's March

After his lands were conquered by the United States of Europa, a proud Gallic chiefatin named Vercingetorix, decided it was time to take matters into his own hands. He marched onto the USE capital of Amsterdam and nearly conquered it, but was finally betrayed by divisions among his own troops (See Spanish War of Independence).

Spanish War of Independence (The first Punic War)

Just in time for the war between Carthage and Rome, the Spanish people united under Don Rahl. Rahl used guerilla tactics for the first time in world history and managed to split Roman Spain into two parts. The Western half quickly fell and became Spain, while Carthage conquered the Eastern portion easily. Spain then bought all of Iberia by way of an economy level and cancelled alliance. Their offer to the Celts ended up destroying Vercingetorix's army, splitting the Gauls into two sections.

Charlemange set up his tent. This was the place where the HRE was to begin. In Germany they settled. Along the river Rhine. There was fertile land to the south. And the HRE was to claim it.
