A while ago I started MinionNES1. By then I had been in several NES's for a short while and pretty much gotten the hang of it. When I tried starting my own however, I had a few problems. What ended up happening was an NES in which there were only 4 people in different corners of Eurasia. So this is an attempt to fix that. I hope that this time a lot more people will join. Hell, I might even advertise if I feel like it. The rules will be a bit different, so here below is some of the new stuff, and the basics. Experienced NESers can just skim through and jump right in.

Other Details
Cities
Cost two economy levels to build but have positive effects. They increase your defense in times of war, make people happier, provide more places you can build wonders in, etc. etc. If you capture someone elses city, you get immediate bonuses.
Trade
Three economy level cost, gives you a free economy level every three turns. It's safe to do it with your neighbors, but over long distances, hostile countries could tamper wtih them...
Walls
Cost an economy level to build a section. Like cties, minus the other bonuses. If capture by enemies, no real bonus (even if you do a counter-offensive, the walls are build to defend your side, not your enemy).
Wonders
I decide time and effects.
