Introduction:
Economy
The economy will grow due to trade, infrastructure (roads or improvements, including wonders) It will be based on numbers so that it can continuously grow.
Culture
Culture will determine how persuasive your nation is. Wonders, military victories and other various events can raise your culture. Also based on numbers so that it can continually grow.
Army
Also based on numbers so it can continuously grow. Overall numbers can not be more than the economy number, and culture will have an effect on the morale of the armies. Also the army may not exceed 1/10th of your entire population. They have training and upgrading equipment to address as well. One new thing is the armies are to be split and displayed in numbers not overall but for each army. Eg. If I had two armies. One army could have 10000 men and the other only 7000. Also the armies will need to be named and grown while they are near cities. Forts may be constructed.
Navy/ Air Force
The same basic rules apply for navy and airforce, except in fleets and wings. The ships will need to be in port and the aircraft in airfield.
