This may have already been done but i think we need more players ... we need a place where the new people can post questions. When you start NESing for the first time its very daunting and some peple get scared off by the story NESs. Also i don't enough new people are coming into NESing so we should try and recuit more people. Talk about it mroe try and get your friends to join .... atm it just seems like just a loda regualrs with a few new players every now and then ....

Well, if newbies need help, they can always contact me or any of the other veterans such as Jason, erez, EQ, and sheep to name a few (of course there are more), Also, there is a tips thread already stickied. As for getting friends to join, that might work, but some people would convince the friends to side with them in every NES, and that wouldn't work. As for advertising, I suggest everyone put something in their sig, especially if you post in other forums and very especially if you post in the All Other Games Forum.

More players would be nice, but aren't required. More important is the fact that the tips designed to help new players are woefully outdated and, in my opinion don't expain enough. Prior to my entry to NESing i had no idea what they were, even after reading the stickied forums, i only knew they had piqued my interest. I personally think that the best way to attract new people here, and make it less daunting to the new players, is to redo the tips thread or at least update it. 
personally i see no need for more players. Don't we have enough already?
