Bonus Civ Austria, replaces Zulu:

This modification adds in the bonus civilization Austria, and replaces the misfit Zulu. All information except for leader name has been carried over from Napoleonic scenario. Leader is Emperor Charles V. UU is the 7/3/3 Hussar, replaces cavalry, costs 80. Zip file contains scenario, the needed pediaicons.txt file, and a readme.
