More TTD Conversions: Park and Water Tower

Here they are... A nice looking park with trees and fountain, and a blue water tower so your people won't suffer of dehydratation even if they live in the middle of the desert.

On the unit conversions... Well, I don't think I have enough time nor Pallete-Smartness to convert the planes and ships (and the trains and buses and trucks too, but they wouldn't have much use on Civ) to FLCs... So, if I post the frames here, would some people like to convert them?

Ah, nice. Transport tycoon... yeah, this was a really cool game. But they never fixed the 2.000.000 (or was ist 20.000.000?) bucks-bug.

Water Tower is a good Aqueduct replacement for scenarios starting in modern times.

They look great ... But the Water Tower is a .gif??
