Star Trek unit: Romulan Bird of Prey

Spacecraft of the Romulan Star Empire in the late 23rd century. The Romulan bird-of-prey was painted with an impressive predatory bird, and was equipped with a cloaking device and a powerful plasma energy weapon. Propulsion was simple impulse. The ship was equipped with a pratical invisibility screen. Fortunately, it was learned that the cloaking device required so much power that the ship had to decloak in order to fire. A Romulan bird-of-prey crossed the Romulan Neutral Zone in 2266 in a test of Federation resolve.

Oh, that's a secret

I'm using the OpenFX framework for the animation. For the death animation I'm using several explosion and glow effects in combination.

Yeah, the death explosion is very dynamic. It looks cool. :thumbsup:

I only wish I could do as good explosions :undecide:
