Africa Conquest Board game NES

These Ideas will be very simple as its my first Mod.

RULES

You start as any color on the map. To put It simple first one to control all of Africa wins.

No NAP’s or any diplomatic action to work together is allowed. This Is to control all of Africa, not to make friends.

Each space on the map can be built in. When a space is taken some of the buildings may be lost but the ones that still stand will be able to be used by the conquering army.

Buildings

Houses- Increase Population and Army capacities. Also sometimes they can become conscripts and help in a desperate fight.
Cost- 1 WC

Railroad- Increases speed of a regiment going some were an enemy Army can destroy the Rails to stop the movement of your regiment. Also increases Defense/Offense abilities.
Cost- 1 WC per space that it goes through.

Training Camps- Increases the attack/defense ability of a Friendly Regiment in the same space.
Cost- 1 WC

Barracks- Building this allows you to build a regiment at a cost of two WC (sry for taking WC EQ). There is already one in your starting location.
Cost- 2 WC

Shipyards- Can only be built on the coast. Each boat can carry 1 reg. and is faster than walking but slower than railroad. Builds Transports and Battleships.
Cost- 1 WC

Armies

Each regiment consists of 1000 Soldiers. You will start with 3 regiments.
1 Regiment = 2 WC

Transports can carry one regiment per boat. Cost- 2 WC
Battleship can bombard some coastal cities causing destruction to buildings and civil distress.
Money

You bank just like in EQ’s NES’s.

Each Location starts with 1 WC. Say Bank/increase in your orders to gain another WC and the amt of WC you get per turn.

having not played in EQ's ness, i have no clue how this works.
if you could explain it in a bit more detail, that would help.

you'll never be able to inforce that. i'll still send one of my neighbors a message that says "lets kill the blue guy first and then when we're bigger then everyone else, we'll see what happens".

WHAT? increase population? what does that do? increase Army capacities? what does that do? Sometimes become conscripts? when?


how fast do ships move?
how does combat work?

a few places on that map have 4 territories corners in one place. can units cross diagonaly throught htose? (like the red player's home territory's left most point, can it cross into the territory that looks like its a finst pointing a finger east)
 
Ok let me try to answer these. I did not number the providencis sice i hoped you all either had a Atlas or could find oneon the internet just name the country.
You can go into any bordering country with armies. Ok you can keep Naps and such.

Ok about houses I am removing the part about Population and army capacity. The part about conscrps is that when a Regiment In one providence with Houses is Out numbered by the opponet Citizens will rally for the defense thats about it the more houses the more Conscrips youll get during the fight.

The training camps are for only when the army is in the same space as the Camp.

The WC business is If you have 1 WC and you bank/increase you get another WC its just like Economy but called WC.
 
By the way Update will be maybe monday seeing how the map is saved on my computer account at skool and i dident have a floppy disc sorry.

you're still refering to "Economy" or "EQ's WCs" when explaining your money system. still have no clue as to how to increase my income. i assume growing my nation will do it, as for what you say as "bank/increase" i have no clue what you're talking about.
does banking cash make your income grow?
does that mean if i make 1 gold this turn, bank it, then i make 2 more next turn and have 3 to spend, bank those next turn, raise income by 3 (getting 5) and have 8 to spend? something like that?

Update 1

5 Nations Fight to control Africa.

Chuck Empire- Green (Spacetrvler)
The Purple nation agrees too split the two nations between them.
Botswana is given to the Chuck empire.

Rubanavka- Yellow empire (RoddyVR)
The empire expands fast and smoothly. Taking Djibouti, Ethiopia and Kenya. Also a Shipyard in Somalia.

The Red Empire (Sgt. Hellfish)
This empire also expands but to two nations, Morocco and Libya.

** No battles this turn**

Also No body except Roddy said to bank/increase but since it was alittle hard to understand I give it to you all.
