This is my first nes based off of Neo Nes VII: Blut Und Ehre modded by stalin who has given me permission to base this nes’s rules off of. Well, read the rules but keep in mind that the follower rulers r only beginning rules, I’ll probably add more when we get into the game. Take ur time to read the rules and join a nation, there’s gonna be at least 1 open. J


Economy
Your economy is in PPs, or production points that your nation makes every turn to spend on stuff like education and armies, you currently cannot bank PPs.

How to make more money
To increase your PPs, you have to invest PPs in it. Investing 5 PPs will get you 1 PP more. All nations begin with the same amount of PPs, excluding the commercial ones.

What about Trade?
Some lucky players and NPCs will begin with sum resources or luxuries which improves your economy, how to get them if you don’t have any? Trade with a nation who does have luxuries, the price? Watever price that nation wants. If u have more then 1 of a luxury or resource, u only get the PPs of 1 item. The others don't increase ur PPs anymore.

Military, Armies and Navies
These r ur tools to expand ur nation into other countries, they defend your nation and helps keep the peace in your nation. You can create an army or fleet for 5 PP which will make it have a size of 1. You can further increase your army or fleet size by investing 5 PP for 1# increase. There is no limit to army or fleet size, although how many armies or fleets is determined by your government.

Morale, veternacy and movement
Morale, or happiness, will be determined by how many luxuries you have, how your doing in a war. Movement rate will be increased by random events, tech increases and wonders being finished. Veteranacy is only gained by battles and is random. You cannot increase any of these by PPs.

Transportation
Naval ships can transport soldiers, but only if the ships are of the same level as the armies. For example, a naval fleet: (3)(1)(1)(1), can easily transport an (1)(1)(1)(1) size army, but not a (4)(1)(1)(1) sized army.

The nes’s freebies, wonders
Sry to tell you ppl, but in this nes, wonders aren’t freebies anymore, you have to pay to get them. You cannot build ur own wonder, but only those that r available, The wonder’s effect will not be known by anyone until the wonder is completed by a nation. If your working on a wonder, and someone else finishes before you, only half of the amount of PPs u spent on the wonder will be returned to you. The other half is for paying the workers and for the materials.

Expansion
Expansion is unfortunately automatic and is not under your control unless your a expansionist nation, for traits, read more below.

Technology
Tech will be by numbers, 5 PPs raise it by 1 level, it can also be referred to as Education. When you get techs, their effects will be random, for example, u discover iron smithing, your soldiers attack points will be increased. However, you cannot order to research sumthing specific, techs are more or less random and not under ur control.

Updates and Stories
There will be a 1 day difference between the updates. Please know that unless half or more of the orders are not turned it, I will continue to update. You don’t have to do stories, but they increase your morale, but if you do them, you may get sum bonuses….

Religon
The thing that caused wars and deaths is quite important to your people. Currently, all of the nations have 100% of their religions but this will change as your nation expands and takes in new lands, the available religions are:

Phoenicia
Norse
African

Cities
The things that brought war and defeat, and peace and prosperity to countries. The only city you currently have is ur capitol, additional cities cost 40 PP and their price will increase over the ages. They give the surrounding areas more productivity and defense, thus so, they will give you 10 Permanet PPs unless the city falls to invaders.

Expansionist - you can control the direction of your expansion / more likely to find resources
Militaristic - bonus in army numbers / bonus on army morale at war.
Religious - bonus in happynes / economic bonus at war w/ different religions
Scientific - only pay for education increase 50% of the time / more happiness during peace
Seafaring - faster expansion at costal areas / bonus in fleet numbers
Commercial - economic bonus when increasing economy / economic bonus for luxuries
Industrius - economic bonus for resources / wonder building bonus

Despotism can maintain 5 armies and 3 fleets while Tribal Council can maintain 3 armies and 5 fleets.

What exactly is this "bonus"? There's a reason I ran mine with only 4 traits- Army, Navy, Science, Wonders.

Give me exact numbers. Mod-generated advantages are not something I want to be relying on.

I wish to declare Greco-Roman as my Official Religion.

Are techs identical for everyone, like the Civ3 "tech tree" and the original Neo Nes techs?
 
So spending 5pp will increase my economy by 2 instead of 1? K, that seems to fit Greece. They always made a little go a long way, or the same amount go much longer. Like the 300 spartans that held off an army of 10,000...
