With all the talk about the rules, we have forgotten about the settings.
As you can see in this thread:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=91039 , Archipelago and Random tied IF you add all archipelago votes together. This has been pointed out sever times in this thread but no action has been taken...

This poll will be open for 5 days.

Well i voted random, so to you know keep the game random.

btw are we decided that were not using a custom map, were not, oh good.

if u add all of the votes from archipelago in the other poll(add arc 60, arc 70, and arc 80) it adds up to the same number that random does
