hello everyone this is my second mod attempt
okay this is a COMBAT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT mod
basically these are the tweaks
1. all units except settler, worker, explorer, scout, leader, army, navy, air force, transport, galleon, caravel, and galley are immobile
2. to new units have been added Navy and Air Force. they both have the same function of an army unit but the Navy is a Sea Army and Air Force is a Air Army meaning that Navy can only load sea units in it and air force can only load air units in it. navy can only travel on sea but air force can travel on anything.
3. Army, Navy, and Air Force do not require leaders to build. all you have to do is build a Military Academy which is only 1 shield. Army has no advance required. Navy can be built after Map Making and Air Force can be built after Flight
4. Great Leaders still can build ARMIES and only ARMIES
5. Now these changes require more strageic thinking on your part because now you have to expand a lot faster since one army, navy, and air force can be built after 4 towns completed for each
this may sound hard but this makes expand and military size a more strageic and more depth doing. this makes it easier for newbies like me
to play on higher levels easier trust me.
6. Best of all the AI now is forced to use armies, navies, and air forces so expect a challenge. This is for everyone not just advanced and newbies but everyone to have a better challenge hopefully.
7. minor changes include Frigate upgrading to Ironclad which upgrades to Destroyer and Submarine upgrading to Nuc. Submarine.
8. Finally this is for vanilla Civ3
This right now is currently a BETA version for testing. Actually this entire mod is a testing platform for this type of concept being implanted in future mods
