Leaderhead creation problem-pcx advisor files?

OK, I'm an idiot. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here? Hayam Wuruk is mine, Zawditu was done by Sween. How do I fix this? I'd gladly post more information, but am not sure what would be helpful. Please :help:

I think the error is in the palette, I would compare it to a working leaderhead for your transparency color. Especially if you use Photoshop!

I know this is very off topic, but is Empress Zawditu Era-Specific and Animated? If so, do you know where I could download her?

It's a problem of invisible color , the invisible color background around the faces must be I=256 ... I have often the problem when I come back from a 16 millions colors pictures to a 256 colors pictures ... I change the color to I=256 and its works ...

Anarki-Zawditu is animated & era specific. Get her at GIDustin's web site.

Sween's site has been offline for months.

GIDustin and I saved all Sween's leaderheads and he now has all of them on his site.
