Proposed Constitutional Article F:

Code:
Article F. The Judicial Branch will consist of one Chief Justice, one Public
Defender and a Judge Advocate. These three justices
are tasked with upholding the Constitution and its supporting
laws (if any) in a fair and impartial manner as prescribed
by law. The Chief Justice shall have the additional
responsibility to organize and conduct the affairs of the
Judicial Branch. The Public Defender will act as council to an
accused individual. The Judge Advocate will act as the prosecution.

This poll has no replacement article as there is no existing law being replaced.

This poll will be open from 96 hours from the time appearing in this post and is considered RATIFIED/DEFEATED after this time.

I will not vote until I see the following inconsistency corrected: The proposed article refers to an Associate Judge Advocate and a Judge Advocate. The terms "Associate Judge Advocate" originated from a typo in a poll, so I don't think it's very correct...

Good point, Noldodan. Can we get this corrected, Immortal?

Since its a very obvious majority in favour of the article, I dont think anyone would have a problem with the use of clarification by removing the word "associate" from the article without having to repoll it.

If anyone does, I would like them to post in this thread and we will repoll with the removed word.

I think you did the right thing.
