New Discussion for Article E

It is time to look at Article E once again, since it has failed to be ratified once again.

Code:

Article E. Legislative Branch

The Legislative Branch will be formed of one House of the People.      
       	1.The House of the People will be formed of the entirety of the
               citizenry and is responsible for the drafting of new Laws and
               Amendments to the Constitution. Proposed legislation will be
               presented to the Judicial Branch for review.
	2.Provincial Governors shall be elected from among the citizens,
               with one Governor elected for each Province. Each Governor
               will advise the House on the state of their individual
               province and make recommendations.

I have tried to take this Article down to its bare necessities, but discussion is open.

Now that Article I has passed, it appears the poll for Articles E, H, and O would have passed with the current restrictions. I suggest we run those Proposed Amendments as they are and see what happens? What do you think?

i agree, jus run them as they were, they could pass easily if we had the same number of votes as last time

So, no need for another Judicial Review since the wording would not be changed. Any alteration of the verbage would require the court to re-evaluate the article.

Am I correct on this, Cyc? If so, let's run it as it was in the defeated poll.

You are correct, DZ. Unless a Proposed Poll was rejected by this Court, a Judicial Review would not be required for a re-submission of a Poll with no changes in the wording.
