This idea surfaced in DG3 (thanks zorven!), and continued in DG4. I'd like to propose it for DG5 as well.
Code:
Japanatican Game Summary law

1. The President will create a post for each of their terms
in the Turn Chat Summary thread. The post will have two
sections, one for saves, one for summaries.
2. The President will post a link to the save from the end
of each turn chat, using the date of the save as the link.
3. The President will post a link to the summary from each
turn chat, using the date at the end of the turn chat as
   the link.
This law provides a single thread that citizens need to visit to view all saves and chatlogs. No need to work through the main forum, crowded with election threads and other notes - just look here! Most especially, this summary thread is of tremendous benefit to the less active citizens, or citizens returning from a break. Just visit the thread - and you have links to all turn chat summaries and saves!

As an example, here is a link to the DG4 summary thread.

This law does not belong in the Constitution, but as a lower form of law.

Thank you very much for starting discussion on this proposal. It is good to see the lessons of the past being applied to the current game. :D

Would the information stored in this turnchat summary thread meet the information needs of this proposal? Would it be better to list the information which should be provided rather than specifying how that information should be displayed?

BTW, yes I know the links are not quite all filled in yet..

I like it. :) However, we are currently working on the opening of a Code of Laws, so that must unfortunately take precedence. Due process and all that nonsense......

Actually, your input would be quite helpful here, RF, as we are trying to determine quorums and voter turnout for accepting laws into a lower book. Can you please join this discussion?
