no you didnt Cyc- If you and others want to keep up this little delusion of what I said when I've said something entirely different go ahead. I've already explained myself in two other threads and in #civfanatics, and now I'm going to explain myself as well. I believe that in the DG there is one power, and one power alone that is absolute, and that is the will of the people. All others are constructs to serve that will, including myself. What I have stated is that I want the Culture minister to initiate a poll, which, if passed, would over ride a build queue. Not ancient, but new, and more importantly, democratic. If I lose your votes by wanting democracy, then so be it.
