My vote goes to Curufinwe.

He is the only one capable of bringing the power the Culture department once had back, and to allow the citizens that power to use to there benefit.

as of now this is surprisingly close for a race that pits a 200 term incumbent against someone who doesn't want to win

10 term incumbent, and snipel does want to win. or, at least I think he does, I'm not sure.

Voted for Curufinwe for his 2nd term in office for DG5 :D

You know what. I'm not sure if I want to win either, but I'll campaign all the same.

Woo Hoo!!! Snipelfritz for Minister of Culture.

yeah, go snipelfritz!!! Of course, I still voted for myself, and still want to win, but let's see him a good deputy. or, who knows, maybe a huge upset will occur and he'll win. That'd be interesting.

Curu, considering your stance on the Ancient rights of changing a Governor's Build Queues, I voted for snipelfritz. Sorry, (I like his name better too).

I voted Curufinwe, mainly cos i got the impression snipelfritz doesnt really want to win, i have also drawn this really intelligent conclusion

Curufinwe = Culture huh huh :D

@curu when he later posts to say he came up with this idea :p no you didnt :D

Cyc- If you and others want to keep up this little delusion of what I said when I've said something entirely different go ahead. I've already explained myself in two other threads and in #civfanatics, and now I'm going to explain myself as well. I believe that in the DG there is one power, and one power alone that is absolute, and that is the will of the people. All others are constructs to serve that will, including myself. What I have stated is that I want the Culture minister to initiate a poll, which, if passed, would over ride a build queue. Not ancient, but new, and more importantly, democratic. If I lose your votes by wanting democracy, then so be it.

BCLG- Good point. And I didn't make taht up, though I do wish I had now.

Pacifism? Where do people get this stuff. Next election I have got to put fortha simple, easy platform. *Sigh*
