*** GAME FINISHED ***
Allies won by WP scoring after 26 turns !
Hi, this is the thread for the new WWII Pacific conquest PBEM aimed at newbies.
ODT is a reference to Sting's song "Russians" where he uses the expression "Oppenheimer's deadly toy" in reference to the bomb.
It is for Conquests, using the MP version of the WWII Pacific scenario and the patch 1.22.
So you need to have both Conquests and the patch 1.22 installed on your computer.

Organization : the game will be called "ODT" to be recognizable.
When you get the game, send a mail to inform the sender you got it, play it ASAP and send it ASAP so that the game moves fast between the 5 players.
Special rules : no city razing or abndonning !
+
1/ you must understand this is a long term project that needs commitment (you get the game, you play it and send it ASAP) so if you are not sure 200% you will keep playing it, better not to sign in (thus you show your respect to the other players). This scenario is actually 50 turns long and usually ends before that so it is a good way to learn PBEMs in a dynamic environment.
2/ I f you must leave for a few days or if you must drop out, you will warn us in advance so we can wait or look for a replacement player.
3/ understand the way you play is not automatically the way others play (so accept these differences) and that this is a game that should not lead to actual troubles, rivalries between players (limited here since there is always war between two distinct "teams").
4/ You don't use any cheats. I don't know where they are but I have heard there are some. Use them in single gaming if you like but here it would definitely spoil the fun.
Beside that, only rule is to have fun ... and to win if possible.
