This is a "building" that I've done, it's supose to be a landscape.
Requeriments to build it (when you post it in one mod of yours, you will have to give the requiments that I say to you, the ones I don't mention are optional):
Close to the sea
Bonus gaved by the building (in these you can exagerate):
2 culture
1 happy face in all the empire
no need of manutention
+ 50% luxury stuff
I also have posted the wonder splash, in case you want to turn it into a wonder
for downloading
