September, 11th has come.
But for this year it has another meaning:
Milan-Livorno, our debut in Serie A after 55 years of B,C and lower, versus Mr.Berlusconi's superstars!


I'm leaving for Milano now, I'll post some pictures.

Nah he just supports them. :) Looks like the game hasn't finished yet since the result isn't on Uefa.

But the referee denied a goal to Livorno at the end because of an unexisting off-side..:mad:

At least with this result I can sleep better tonight after Inter's 2-2 against Chievo..
 
Yeah, but in the end that doesn't count..it's still 1 point.

Good thing I didn't go to Verona to watch the game, like my uncle did..:lol:
 
I was at home at 5AM.

I must say that I can't believe my eyes, when I first saw the San Siro from inside.
I'm used to no more than 25000 people in a stadium...the first sight was shoking

We were in 11000, with many "bandanas" to make fun of Berlusconi, and many banners versus him. It's a shame that he wasn't at the stadium. He probably feared to face offences to him.

And shoking was the huge gap between us and them.
90 minutes = 90 possible goals for them. And when you have to face Rui Costa, Kaka, etc. you have much to fear.

After 55 years, no matter if you win or you lose.
But in the end it was 2-2, and when we scored I completely lost my voice. I'll have to wait one week ore more before I can sing again.

Oh, I forgot to say that entered in the home sector.
I was looking for sector 22 and me and my friends wondered why there were so many red and black dressed people.
Then we realized to be in a VERY DANGEROUS place, and we hurried! While running I even heard a voice saying "Catch them!" But I'm not sure that they were refering to us.

:D Then you must know that Livorno is famous all through Italy for being fined with 5000+ Euros per week, due to "offences" to politicians.

In fact every chorus versus any politician costs a 1000 € fine.

Our chairman had to surrender and accept to pay.
Every week a chorus begins not less than 5 times in a game: "Perché no, perché no, mille euro di multa perché no?...". Its tranlation is "Why not, why not, a 1000 euros fine, why not?..."
And then another one begins: "Berlusconi pezzo di merda!". I leave the translation to you.

But it's kind of odd that you aren't allowed to sing what you want. Then again political chorus verses are pretty much unheard of in German stadiums.
 
Yeah, I now live here.

This saturday I'm going to the stadium to watch Inter-Palermo.:D

Congrats on the 2-2, but you guys deserved to win.. :goodjob:
