I agree, but only if our next science poll does not result in masonry being studied. Masonry will allow us mathematics, which will allow astronomy, which in turn allows us to build the observatory, which is an important part of our SSC.

I think it should be built in whichever city has the most production, but we haven't seen the full city displays of Olympia, Fort Pornstar, or Athenae, so its kinda hard to tell which has the most available shields. Out of the four that we have seen Duck Pond and Hippoville each have five available shields, in which case I think Hippoville would be the best choice so we don't have all of our wonders in one city for the enemy to capture.

Duck pond is our Sci city, and it's a bad idea to put to many wonders in one place, it will have at least two more as it is, and the place only produces 5 shields per turn.

Seriously, I have no idea which city to vote for. I'm against the capitol, for the same reason AoA already mentioned, wait for Copernicus.
I say pick the top three shield producing cities, and then hold a poll. Unless someone with the pertinent information can post it here...

Copernicus won't be built in the capital, it'll be built in theholyduckpond, out SSC.
