Just to make sure you see this:
The results of the three polls about pop-rushing libraries, at the time the turn starts, should be followed. Thus, if they remain unchanged, libraries should be rushed immediately in Khatovar, Boston, and Chicago.
The poll for revolution is very close. I am not sure who gets the tie-breaking vote on that, the domestic leader or the president. If it is me, my vote is that we hold off on revolution for 8 turns. Essentially, a 'no' vote. You can also subtract one vote from the yes column and add it to the no column, as I originally voted yes, and have changed my mind, as I want to wait for eight turns, rather than do it immediately. Should the vote on that poll be 'no', then only 8 turns should be played tonight. If it is 'yes', then the revolt should take place within 3 turns, and after the libraries have been rushed (if those polls remain unchanged).
Eyr should be switched immediately to a library, as should New Falcon's Haven. Once Eyr is done, it should build a temple. PDX should be switched to a temple once something is done about that legion.

As deputy domestic leader I would like to go on record as being against rushing the libraries in Khatovar, Boston, and Chicago as there is no dire need to do so.

Our Immortals are aproaching Egypt, and they recently killed of much of the Iroquios troops near Civanatoria (5 Archers, 2 Warriors, about 9 archers and 2 spearmen left).
Downloading the game and playing it to see what's going to happen is a major violation of the code of rules of the democracy game! If discovered, the person will be banned from the forum, and from the game.

Make peace with Rome - we get Lutetia or Lugdunum (President's Choice) + 23 gold + WM.

After 13 turns, expire the military alliance with the Aztecs and make peace with Babylon. The current offer from Hamurabi is 1 g/t + 62 lump sum. It should be better in 13 turns.
A group of Aztec dissidents have requested working visas to come to Phoenatica. They are very poor and cannot afford their own passage. If we give the Aztecs a mere 10 gold for coach fare these hard working people will join our civilization. This should be done immediately, in our opinion, as their own government may send them to the fields soon and we will lose contact with them.
