Citizen discussion: Should we prebuild a wonder in one of our cities?

Should we start building a palace in one of our cities in order to switch it over to a wonder later?

If you vote 'yes' please post and tell us what city you think should be used. Eyr, Khatovar, PDX and Pherris are prime candidates. Also tell us which wonder should be pre-built. Prime examples are Shakepeare's theatre. Newton's University, Women's Suffrage or Magellan's Voyage. (I think the latter must be built in a coastal city.)

I vote yes and recommend Pherris prebuild for Women's Suffrage.
